At Friends with Frank, we want you to love your investment pieces for years to come. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns for refund or store credit on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags and hygiene seals still attached.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, secure it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue your store credit within 5 business days.
